I have had a closer look and can see that the removed files appear to be plugins, old plugin files, old theme files, old uploads.

Because of the number of files and the way the page is laid out I didn’t notice that half of the files listed are changed files. They appear to have been changed after I migrated site.

Wp-config and .htaccess are listed as changed but both look ok, as far as I can see.
The rest are plugins, language, cache theme files, all changed after the site migration.

The site itself is fine.

I appreciate this plugin but I’m disappointed that nobody has managed to answer this question. Anybody?

If this is something that you can’t advise me on could you let me know and I will look for another plugin for this host?

Just to confirm I created a php.ini file with the auto_prepend_file code on the site and uploaded it to wp-admin but it has had no effect

Sorry, that last link was confusing. What I want to happen is this – when I click on the menu the XMenu stays visible until I close it. This is not currently happening, currently there is just a blank space.

That worked great (had to add a:hover to get rid of the border on hover)

Sorry to bother you again but just another quick question.

I have put an orange underline border on the current menu item and it continues under the Search box.

How can I get rid of the border under the search box?

Oh, I was expecting the search box to open on the left of the menu, to the left of the search icon, in the gap between the logo and the menu. (I’m not so keen on it covering up the menu) Is that possible?

Thanks. I am having problems getting it to work properly, though. I had to put float:left to get the custom link to move to the left, even though I dragged it above the other menu items. However, when I click the custom link it opens on the right in the place it originally was which is covering up the menu! Here are somescreenshots

Also the class ‘search-item custom’ has a space between item and custom?

That’s what I thought but wasn’t sure if there was something I didn’t understand. Ironic given that Pagespeed is Google.
