    I deactivated all plugins. I am using the default theme…Visual. I still cannot get the text editor tool bar or the Visual view…only the HTML view when I want to add/edit a post or add/edit a page. Boo hoo

    Help.

    I am not confident to reset he plugins folder via FTP or PhpMyAdmin

    What else can I do??
    Is anyone else having this problem?
