For example we have url field in the form fields right? In that you have a field called URL and a sub field called link text..the same way i want to add for my contact details..

Contact Details (Title)
Contact name : field
Contact number : field

How can i add more fields like that..

faced the same problem.. after upgrading the wordpress 3.9.. css is disappearing

thanks a lot for replying so quickly, i triple checked all the basic configuration.. when i restart mysql through command line im getting

Checking for tables which need an upgrade, are corrupt or were not closed cleanly..

update : installed and checked in my localhost .. works perfectly.. but not working on my server.

@kmessinger ya but i dont think the theme causing the problem, can you please tell me what are the prerequisites to install wordpress into linode. should i change any configuration files other than apache conf files in the sites enabled folder for wordpress to work properly.

@tara i’ve tried uploading the theme multiple times but didnt work. i think there is problem with my host, i dont know exactly.
