One possible scenario we see is that the live server not having cURL enabled.

If you can provide the access we can have a detailed look into this. We cannot reproduce this from our side.

“we are unable to connect your WooCommerce store” – this message doesn’t seem to be produced from plugin. Can you tell us where exactly do you get this error? OR a list of steps to reproduce the error will help us more. A screenshot will also help us.

We would like to know more details about this. Can you please share what exactly is not working?

Is it the importing of products? OR is it the exporting of customers and orders? OR is it the products are not updating on further manual imports?

Sorry for the late reply. The emails were going to our Spam folder.

The plugin doesn’t conflict with any functionalities of WordPress and it supports the latest version of WordPress too. We will need to take a closer look at this one. If you still need to check this and you can give us access to your staging site or test site then we can have a look at this one.

Hello James,

This is due to the server timeout. On inspecting this we found out that even-though a timeout happens, the import goes on until it meets execution timeout. So limiting the number of records is not practical because it will result in numerous iterations for a big number of products. You can rerun the import process once it hits the execution timeout to continue importing rest of the products.

Our premium version of the plugin takes care of this problem. It can import any number of products without hitting any timeout.

This seems like a special case and we need to debug this particular case to really check what is going wrong.

The error might be due to some data related to your vend store or might be specific to your server setup. Is there any way you can guide me to reproduce this issue?
