This unfortunately has started happening again. I have installed REDIS object cache to flush but not seeming to do much.

Not sure if you can provide any more ideas to what i can do my end?

When i try to open a invoice in a new browser, edge or firefox the url gets instantly shortened from

/quote-3022/?invoice_key=quote_e14b55ddafb67e1d45051a74a

to

/quote-3022/

Not sure if that’s relevant or not.

Do you happen to have the same for Invoices too please, I used ACF but it doesn’t display the data in emails sent.

So this issue is happening viewing quotes and invoices.

I dont have object cache on

The database does have invoice key and quote key.

The emails do contain the invoice or quote keys url/quote

I.e: /quote-3022/?invoice_key=quote_e14b55ddafb67e1d45051a74a

I have removed a few from the end for security.

As i mentioned if i’m logged into ANY account i can view the invoices or quotes but being logged out you cannot view any.

As i mentioned at the beginning of my message it is already unticked.

I get the message:

Access Denied

This invoice is only viewable by clicking on the invoice link that was sent to you via email.

I have even gone into the SMTP sender and copied the link from here to a different browser and it isn’t allowing access.

On further testing it seems you have to be logged in to ANY account to pay ANY invoice with this setting, you cannot pay if not signed in though.

The user journey isn’t the smoothest on that front i’m finding, its obviously a default wordpress thing creating account then heading to forgotten password to reset.

Sorry I forgot to mention in my last post a couple of parts from the listing does get picked up and goes inside my template which is extracted from the listing itself.

It seems the Content Excerpt in which users write a description but not the full description as finishes with a … is working and the Author is working (username, date of listing, time & comments)

The custom fields don’t get included nor the images, title or contact details / map.

Are these elements that could be added in some way?

So after extensive testing tonight I have eliminated the single.php file from the cause of issues I’m having as i can use my template and remove the single.php file and it isnt required, if i remove the template the single.php is then required.

the issue I face is when I use the template the page changes to this where:

Blue top left is the listing title and images

Teal top right is the map and contact form

Red is the issue this is my custom content that I design loads here.

Yellow is the custom fields, author, social media buttons etc.

For some unknown reason with your plugin only this happens, every other plugin, page, post I have is completely editable and I can put the content inside my design, yours puts my design in the middle of your content and I can’t understand why. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have done this override template step already but it doesn’t work for me, it’s not using the override folder unfortunately as I do have some changes to this file that I have had to do directly in your folder.

I can confirm this is cart only, checkout seems fine and doesn’t swap the currency symbol around when changing.

I have already deactivated everything then left those three on and it still happens.

I do use a weight based shipping plugin too but has never been an issue until using your plugin along side it. When I deactivated shopengine but left elementor on along side my weight based shipping there is no issue only when shop engine is on.

Currency definitely on the left hand side and here’s a video clip of what’s happening.

Morning Brian, apologies it seems when I tested this before I was copying the secret key in the url too which obviously would allow access.. when removing this you’re correct it doesn’t let you access.

The guest purchasing is prevented when the login to checkout is active though.
