    Hi there,

We have tried to recreate the scenario but it is working fine at our testing server. If you are able to send the url where the slider is embedded using latest version, then we can also take a look into scenario and try to solve it.

    Thanks for all your patience.

    Sukhada.

    Hi there,

Yes, It is possible to have multi-line tab title, Please follow the steps given below,
Go to edit post/page => Select Text Editor => write the slider name like this name='Overview <br / > Test' in tabs short-code.

For multi-line tab title you may need to adjust the content position, for that you can add custom style in WordPress Post Tabs Settings => Miscellaneous => Custom Styles => add the following code here
    .wordpress-post-tabs-skin-default .ui-tabs .ui-tabs-nav li { height: auto !important; }

If you are using different skin then you can replace the “-default” with your skin name in above code.

Thank you for all your patience.
Let me know if it helps.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your patience.

Currently we are not having this feature in WordPress post tabs, we will try to include it in future as it requires the development effort.

Optionally you can enable the navigation setting i.e (Previous and Next link ) which will appear at the bottom of text through which user don’t need to scroll up to see next or previous tab.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing.

We tried to recreate the issue, but here on our development server it works fine after the update.

Smooth slider loads the script file in footer and there is an error in another script which is loading from some other plugin.

So can you kindly send the temporary access details of your site to support[at]slidervilla[dot]com
We will try to look into the issue and fix it ASAP.

Thanks for your patience and waiting for your response.

    Hi there,

We tried to recreate the scenario but were not able to do so. It is working on all our test sites and production server. Sometimes footer is not loaded at all due to some PHP error (may be in theme template or some plugin). In such case the wp_enqueue_script will fail to load the JS in the footer as wp_footer() hook is never located.

    Kindly check this support Link

Also, when you had recent Smooth Slider version, that time we checked your page source. At that time also, no other files (no other JS from any plugin or your theme) were loaded in footer.

Let us know if it helps.

    Hi there,

To have time between transition in slider as 6 seconds you need to put value as 60, for 3 seconds enter 30. If the issue is still there you can send url of your site where the slider is embedded, So that we can try to solve it.

    Hope it will help.

    Hi there,

There seems to be some issue with the wp_footer(); added to the template file. Can you recheck/reverify?

There is no JS file loading in footer (the Smooth Slider JS loads in footer)

If you can send the template file to our support using the Contact form, we will be happy to aid you in resolving this issue.

    Best regards,
    Sukhada,
