For support of commercial themes or plugins, go to the official support channel.
In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why a commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.Ultimately, the vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
If you are a vendor and observe someone asking questions about your paid plugin or theme, please direct them towards your own support resources.Regards,

Please follow the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to the file wp-content/plugins/quiz-master-next/mlw_quizmaster2.php.
- Replace line number 194 with the following code:
if ( is_admin() || ( ! empty( $_POST[‘qsm_block_api_call’] ) && $this->qsm_is_admin() ) ) {
If the issue persists, I recommend deactivating the plugins on your website one by one to identify if there’s a conflict causing the problem. Alternatively, you can provide us with a list of the plugins you are currently using, and we will attempt to replicate the issue to provide you with a solution.

As per the technical team I request you to insert image into question description section.
It is possible to insert from URL via WordPress media button. It will appear in description after question title.
If you want image to appear before title, just leave question title blank and add in as h2 after image in quiz description.
QSM quiz can work without title.

The issue is fixed in the latest version of the QSM.
Please update the plugin to QSM 9 and then check.

You can access the log from your website Cpanel only.
Please follow the steps given in below link.

One last request can you please share the screenshot of the email tab of the quiz. Where you added the email text.
