I have the same problem.
I have a short bio field in my BuddyBoss, I changed the field “Sync to WordPress user field” to the description. I went back to the profile and I updated it.
I cleared the cache, but it’s not working, what should I do?Forum: Plugins

I’m sorry but the BuddyPress add on does not resolve the issue, the problem is still persisting.
The addon is only adding this code for me:
$email[‘message’] = wpautop($email[‘message’]);
However, the email body is still plain text, I mean bold text or links are not displaying properly.
