Thank you, I noticed the permalink was on custom and updated it to postname.
The url is now normal but when link was previewed, it give page cannot be found error, I created a fresh test project but same error.

I can’t figure the problem out yet, any idea please?

I deactivated Microthemer & Pootle Page builder when I posted above, now the site is back online. I’ve activated Pootle Page builder again, and I’m monitoring everything generally.

I used the same method as well, it was a bit stressful ’cause I have over 30plus member!

I later noticed it couldn’t display all biography texts, I have to deactivated it, manually creates tables linking to individual’s full profile with read more link. ??
