Closing this thread and marking it “resolved” must be different things. But i am really tired of it that you do nothing but coming here to make the “status resolved” !!!! so as you wish… marked it as “resolved” here!

Gallery block: images don’t scale vertically in emails , Unfortunately, it was neither resolved nor taken care of.

You sent it to github from here. You marked this as problem solved. However, it was not solved and the problem was not even looked at on github. Jeherve from Jetpack also came and removed the “need triage” tag (github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/33447) . So I had to reset it to the problem not solved status, in here!

Have you placed the image between the posts or used it as a featured image? yes this is models > gallery >2 imeges side by side block.

Have you used any external custom CSS for customizing the image on the original blog post? nope

You can see that images are not responsive in mail… it shrinks only width but not height. ( see ” …width:46%; … ) (in bold .. i tried to make it for your attention :)) it seems thats the problem…i suppose)

As you know, I cannot interfere with the codes of the e-mails sent.Jetpack coded it.

every time i use this block it makes same deformation. But i dont know but 1 month ago it was just fine… this begins in 1 month i think.

by the way its not a good idea to use inline css’, we cant override it because you know inline beats the other css’

Please dont, and please read previous conversation. How can i update this thread by myself if there is no progress here or on Github? And why you guys come here and every 7 days to make this thread resolved??? What your point about it. And again please read above. It seems more logical to me that it remains unresolved here unless you put the “moved to github” option. Otherwise it is not resoved!
