This feature is not available at this moment, because only loggedin users are able to post questions. However, the site administrator gets an email notification when a question is posted and they can choose to delete it anytime.

We will plan this feature in one of the upcoming major version!

Currently, customers can not post questions without being logged-in because this plugin sends updates via mail when a question is answered, and we pick the email of logged-in user.

In your second question, are you referring to username and date in the questions listing?

This issue has been fixed, please download the latest version. This version will also notify the users when an admin answers their question or changes the answer of one of their question.
