Let me amend: I can go in and change the name servers after 60 days. What I really meant to ask is how do I switch to another registration company so I can access features that would be necessary to move my blog over to my own domain (and use www.ads-software.com)?

I have the same question as andyrice. I setup a blog on wordpress.com and would like to switch over to www.ads-software.com. I registered my domain name through wordpress.com as one of the upgrades ($15 to register and use the domain name for your blog).
I think the question is: How does one access the domain name so nameservers can be changed, etc.
I understand the general transfer process once I get this piece covered.
