Thanks

Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Website not sending emails to common domains namesHi @acstudent
The theme was kind of built for us by a company and I’ve found that by updating wordpress certain things appear to stop working so I dont want to update the site for fear of it creating more problems.
The site used to work fine before receiving the updates it has now. Unfortunately I was too late in recognising the issue to realise that it may (or may not) have been due to wordpress updates.
With my limited understanding, I’m lead to believe it is something to do with how the website is sending emails?!? possibly in a script?
Im sorry for my vague answers here.
Im very much a non-mechanic trying to fix a car! ??

Would it help if I pasted a copy of the email script ?
Thanks

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Problem occured after update to 4.1.2Hi
I had the exact same issue. I received the email but the icon just continued to spin around.
I found a fix however and it was indeed related a plugin.
In my case it was the Google Sitemap plugin by BestWebSoft, specifically V2.9.7. Upon disabling it, the forms work fine. I have an exact same website running the same plugin but the previous version and the contact forms work fine, so I wont be updating the plugin on that site. ??
I hope this helps someone ??
