In reply to: DB renaming issueThank you very much for your time.
How old is the backup?
24h
How are you restoring?
I created a new subdomain, clean wp install and upload the .sql file to myphpadminAre you able to create a new database to restore to so you don’t overwrite the existing one? – or is it too late?
Not sure about that.Do you also have a complete file backup taken at the same time as the database backup?
Yes I do but I’m concerned about the includes folder with all my media.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: Upgrade 3.7.1 Issue can't edit posts– deactivating ALL plugins temporarily: done–>logout wp admin ftp and renamed to plugin.old, login on wp and logout then renamed to plugin. same issue.
-To rule out any theme-specific issue: I run an old theme but only text. I tried the default themes, same issue but I don’t see how it could affect the admin panel display I have.
– resetting the plugins folder: that would be my last last option.
-manually re-uploading all files: I already did already always have the issue: can’t see/edit any post from the admin panel (but can see the blog and the posts)
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_pending_comments_num() in /myhost/www/mysite/blog/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-posts-list-table.php on line 330Backup was the first thing I did.
Thank you for trying to help, appreciate that!
