Yes, issue still open on our side, as it seems to be a major compatibility issue. Switching to classic-checkout is for now a temporary patch only: it looks working better, but in the html it’s clear that the page doesn’t actually fully load.

Initially, when discovering all this issue, we deactivated the old stripe checkout and temporarily worked for a few days. Not sure what else happened after. If you have any further update on this will be much appreciated.

What we can do to improve an extension and make sure is compatible with the new blocks?

@rainfallnixfig thanks for the suggestion, it was the first thing we did and having only woocommerce and the payment gateways plugins activated provided the same outcome.

The gateways we are using aren’t listed in the compatible extensions list so wondering, what’s the requirements to have full compatibility and support with the Cart and Checkout blocks ?

Where we can find more documentation regarding this?

Thank you @properlypurple, @xue28 and @shameemreza at Woocommerce support team suggested it is a theme issue, that’s why we shared it here.

We were not aware of the cart/checkout reverting-to-classic experience. We’ll try it, but ideally we’ll like to keep the current one as it’s much smoother and user-friendly.

Do you know if it’s possible to revert back to the latest block-experience in case the classic one does not satisfy our requirements?

@shameemreza It might be the WooCommerce Checkout block used in the latest themes (TT3 and TT4)

There’s a way we can have this issue prioritized and solved, instead of switching to the classic shortcodes?

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried Storefrond and gateways are working, same as per twentytwenty earlier.

Also tried to deactivate all plugins exeptr Woo + Gateways, but the issue persist

Thank you @xue28 for taking time checking this issue we have.

We were testing some default payments to check if were working or not, and bank transfer did (re-deactivated now)

As you can see, many payments methods are setup and active, but none of them are showing up on the checkout.

We also tried to switch theme (twentytwenty) and the gateways show up.. all of them ?? so maybe is a theme issue, not a wooCommerce one?

We have followed the steps on the links provided and it didn’t work.

Baing unable to access the wp-admin we were unable to disable the plugins for the site ?? as mentioned in the guide
Manual Update #Manual Update Step 1: Replace WordPress files > 3. Deactivate plugins.

Any suggestion on how to disable the plugins from phpMyAdmin only for a specific site part of a wpmu installation?
