Please go to appearance > customize to change the top image.
It could sound like you have a caching plugin, sometimes caching plugins are auto included (on for example Namecheap).

You could try to contact your hosting company and ask them whether there’s some caching on your site that they can help you clear, it’s most likely what causes it

Please update the parent theme “Creativeily”, updating that will fix the issue.
I highly recommend you activate automatic updates on both, so you never miss out on a critical update!

@dmcohen yea that’s a child theme for Ecocoded. Besustainble won’t work without Ecocoded sadly

Hi @dmcohen you have to activate another theme, before you can uninstall it. You cannot uninstall an active theme in WordPress, this is not our decision but how WordPress is built.

Let me me know if that fixes it.

I would also greatly appreciate if you change this review, since this has nothing to do with our theme, and is only related to WordPress

@webtoffee I do have the premium version, however I don’t see it in the banner themes section anywhere.

I can see that you can add a link to the popup where you can toggle neccessary/marketing/statistic popups. But I want the toggles available in the first popup that shows
