I solved this by doing the links to the images differently. Instead of using URL for the images, I used relative address for each image and it worked. This works only if the images are on the same server as the plugin.
Still looking for the solution where I can use image url.
I definitely thing that this is a server setting issue, because plugin works fine on one server and it is not working on another.
