Thanks, this is interesting!
I can see that I can’t receive payments without buying add-ons.
Would running the free version and then buying for instance the woo commerce add-on be enough for what I want?
Thanks again for answering me.
Unfortunately, I must leave your plugin then and move on.
After going through those threads which didn’t help in my case, I removed the plugin completely and reinstalled it. This seems to have fixed everything.
And would this be possible through the free core plugin or would I need to upgrade right away?
Thanks for reading my suggestion and passing it on.
In my specific case, do you see any best way to move forward? I would like to stay with Tutor LMS if I can instead of moving to a different system.
Could teachers send me a list of all the student emails for me to then create users and enroll each one in the course?
It seems to me that something very simple should be enough to fix this (which should be a great addition to the LMS in general):
1) Customer (teachers) buys a license
2) Students sign up themselves and uses a code given by the teacher instead of paying – like a coupon covering the entire costOne guy in another forum suggested this:
“How many bulk sales do you expect to process? If not more than a dozen a week, you could easily just set up a contact form that collects the basics and school info, then process it manually on the back end for them.”Could that be a solution? If they give me a list of emails, could I register a bunch of users at once?
Thank you for the answer @munayam. This sounds very unfortunate for me, so I want to make sure I understand you correctly.
I simply need each teacher to let their students access the material which I put online. Could I set up something where the teachers just “share” my course and then let their students signup for this? And then I bill the teachers based on the number of students?
What I’m looking to do is really very simple since I only need 1 course. The only thing is I need to manage these licenses.
@munayam could you clear up these questions for me? This is very important for my project for me to move on. Thanks again for your previous answer ??
Thanks, @munayam. That was my idea, so use this format as note-taking. I’m assuming it will be visible to both the student and teacher and that the student can edit it later.
Is there any way to highlight in text/pdf for students and save that? or make a note to a text through some plugin?
I checked the email inbox again now: I don’t get a confirmation of the purchase, only an email saying the order is received. The product currently costs zero – could this be the reason?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Show products page in full width and list view as defaultThanks lorro!
This was exactly what I needed. Worked very well with both things.
It’s still not full page, but this might actually be better.
Fix things as per my last comment.
