I’ve reset the password multiple times, still no luck in gaining access to the support area.

I’ve added the Ajax plugin as requested, but nothing has changed.
Where do I disable the Ajax for the Request a Quote plugin? Just can’t seem to find it on the backend dashboard.

Not really, however we have made adjustments using a plugin from Modula: https://wildlandphoto.com/prints/
But the client isn’t happy with the thumbnails not showing the full image, so we are now looking for a different solution and we have contacted the support of the following plugin to ask if their plugin would allow for this setup: https://www.imagely.com/wordpress-gallery-plugin/pro-ecommerce-demo/

I figured a work around for this, I set the packaging fields from PPOM as required, and then I just set the product regular price to zero.
This seems to work now.

Thank you for your response.
Do you think this is the only way to execute this?
Because we have the website setup already and all the products added as well.
So changing the theme would change the entire look of the website, but we would like to only change the landing page of the product landing pages.
And with regards to the link you sent, would those images be able to link directly to the single product page?

I have cleared my browsers cache and I have cleared my network cache.

I have discovered that the search only stops when a user is logged out.
So the search works when I login as the admin but as soon as I logout then the search is not clickable again.
Please assist if you can.

I’ve sent you another issue we have run into, thanks for activating the plugin, however we have hit another issue.
We created a test listing, and it seems to display a 404 error message on the landing page of the listing.

I don’t think it that, that CSS was there and the search always worked well, and plus I have now removed that CSS and cleared my browsers cache and the issue persists.
I have also sent my debug data report onto support but I haven’t heard any feedback as of yet.
I have deactivated all my other plugins as well, but the issue still persists.
