Hi @saskosale ,
You could try using the rules and filters and target the product types target the simple products and then set it to include. From this only simple products will be added to your feed.

Hi @marcbdn ,
Generally our plugin shouldn’t cause an error 500. Can you please check your logs in Woocommerce > Status >> Logs and see if there’s any critical error that happened with our plugin?
Hi @adnanofficial1 ,
First verify that the XML feed created has content and is accessible through incognito. Also verify that the feed follows or has all the necessary fields: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112?hl=en
If you confirmed above, then try creating a new feed and pass that on to Google Merchant
Hi @dleena ,
Please use the Parent description mappable fields. If the description field is used, it’ll be referring to the variable product’s specific description.
Hi @osositno ,
Can you please send in a screenshot on what you mean by ” Is there any way to exclude shortcode of another plugin to get included in the feed generated?”
Also, please pass on the link of the plugin and I’ll raise an integration request.
?It would be great if you can include in the plugin when the Feed was generated. = provide more information on what you mean here as well.
Hi @felipexa,
Sorry I don’t quite follow; can you further explain/provide a video or images so I can get a better idea on what you mean here?
You could read this and see if that works: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/add-a-field-to-your-product-feed-based-on-another-attribute/
Or store your attribute in Products > Attributes instead of manually adding per product as at times this won’t be read by the feed.
Hi @louisapple ,
Shipping weight usually automatically excluded when there’s no value on it. Can you please confirm if you have the weight set for products for the product?
Hi @peppas,
Is this custom field for products and try searching for it by typing. Also, due to the new WP Policies we aren’t able to provide support for ACF.
If you mean by SCF: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/ then there there shouldn’t be any issues.

Hi @stevesand ,
We have a bug where draft products are showing on the feed, It’s queued up on the next update but we aren’t able to provide any ETAs.
As a temporary fix you can downgrade: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/ or use the rules and filter to exclude the product.
Hi @valekichia ,
This usually resolves around your server PHP version setting. Can you please check if you have PHP version 8.1 set? It’s our officially integrated version.
hi @roadlink ,
It’s queued up on the next update, we aren’t able provide any ETAs at this moment.
Hi @michalzwierz ,
It’s likely due to our sanitization update. We’ve raised a bug for this to be addressed on the next version.
Can you please send in your debug log: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/. Send in your product title as well
You can downgrade to the previous versions as a temporary fix: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Hi @dwoott ,
I see, It might be a hickup with the facebook crawlers being unable to read the previous provided URL.
Hi @dwoott ,
Can you provide more information on what you mean by the Facebook URL stopped working? I just visited your provided XML feed fine.
You could try duplicating the feed and see if that works.
Hi @freddyeee ,
Try using the All Images attribute or the Feature Image attribute. The featured image will pull the featured image for the specific variation.
