HI @megunticook ,
I think you’ve uploaded images directly on the forum? The .org forum usually doesn’t show any images here, please pass on the images on a site like drive/dropbox or https://prnt.sc/
Hi @melodiusmonk ,
There’s a case-by-case bug where this can happen; a fix for this will be released on the next version. You can safely delete the unwanted feeds.
Just double check the feed’s XML first and ensure that there’s data in it.
Hi @enquir3 ,
This is a known bug and is already raised with our devs. I suggest downgrading to the previous version as a temporary solution until a fix is released.
You can download the previous versions here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Hi @gaaarooo ,
I use the default template that’s available on our plugin: https://prnt.sc/6Jo4FeLr0TFr But do note that depending on the country you might need to add more attributes
You can look up here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112?hl=en
Also, at times if the XML feed is not accepted on your platform – try generating a completely new feed and or use a different format(CSV,TXT etc.).
Hi @roadlink ,
Thanks for the heads up. I’ll raise this with our devs to get this addressed. For now It should be safe to ignore it as it’s a warning and doesn’t directly affect your feed.
You can downgrade to the previous versions if it was working previously: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Check your logs in Woo > Status > Logs and see if there are any errors related to ours. Also read here: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/
You can reach out to your hosting provider to restart WP Cron and do a basic debug to rule out conflicts.
Hi @retroreiz , @mattcnc
Yes this is a bug and is on our to-do list. A fix will be available on the next release. For now please downgrade to the previous version.
Hi @timveck ,
We have a guide on running server cron, read here: Can I disable the WP-cron and run a server cron and still use your plugin? – AdTribes
Hi @roadlink,
Try creating a rules and filter check if the sale_price value is empty and exclude. Check if the error is still being logged.
Hi @gaaarooo ,
XML formatting error usually happens when you have a wrongly formatted feed. Looking at your feed, it seems to be generated fine so it’s likely a missing attribute.
I suggest trying our default Google Template or read their required templates here: Product data specification – Google Merchant Center Help
Hi @tdutkowski,
This is quite odd as we aren’t able to replicate this error. It might be due to caching (server/plugin). Try running a basic debug where only Woocommerce, Product Feed Pro and storefront theme running and see if you can disable the feeds fine.
Temporarily disable any server caching and see if that helps.
Can you run some basic debug? I suspect your theme, or a 3rd party plugin is not using the default Woocommerce description fields so it’s not being pulled properly.
Basic debug can be done by only having Woocommerce, Storefront theme and Product Feed Pro
Hi @stevesand ,
Thanks for that, I’ll raise this bug with our developers and get this sorted out.
Hi @angela2601,
I don’t think that’s possible to filter out as the naming convention is too similar but if one has a capital and one doesn’t have you can enable the Case Sensitive option
