Well there really is nothing to show. If you hit the Media button nothing happens. Interestingly, and this may help, I have a multi site installation, and the problem affects one of my sub-blogs, but does not seem to affect the other sub-blogs – there the media button works fine.

Yes, I am having the same problem. I would like to show multiple videos on multiple whistles, and it seems to display all of the videos on the first whistle tab.

Also notice when one selects one of the tabs, the page moves down for some reason.

My stats stopped do not appear for November on one blog, and are missing November and December for another blog as soon as I began using JetPack. What was wrong with the old stats, why did I need to upgrade to this feature, so that WordPress could track my statistics? There also seems to be no technical improvements to the “JetPack” statistics over the standard statistics I have been using for years in WordPress.

I am pretty unhappy with it, it seems like more a move Microsoft would pull, a limited value or negative value feature, which puts them in control. Its also very Microsoft like in that JetPack does not appear to have been properly tested. I have spent hours playing around with JetPack statistic now, and see absolutely no benefit. Can I have my old stats back WordPress?

I actually found out I was pointing my FTP client to the wrong IP address, and that my host had moved my site to a different server. Check what your current IP address is with your host.

Hmmmm…I guess that should fix it. I will try that over the weekend when I have time to invest in it. I will report back here what happened. Thanks.

I tried that after you recommended it. However, it did not fix the issue.

I did not before, but I did after you recommended it. Unfortunately, that did not solve the issue. I too thought Hyper Cache was a likely suspect.

I tried disabling all plug ins, and the problem persists.

As for changing the theme. I can switch themes, its just that all the themes don’t change. i have been using the same theme (Thesis) for a year and a half with no upgrades to the theme. I don’t think its the theme, as the issue effects even the themes I have implemented that are not Thesis.

The mystery continues.

Why do you consider it hijacking if it sounds like the same issue? Hijacking would mean I am changing the subject. I am providing more information about what could be the same topic. Should we have separate threads for the same issue? So solutions would be posted in two different threads. That does not sound right.

I have a similar problem. WordPress (3.4) does not allow show deleted or added themes. It also does not allow me to make any changes to the existing themes. So if I add a new image as a header, or a new background, the old images continue to show. Where WP is getting these images I can not figure out. This sound like some type of caching issue. Trying different things, I deleted hyper-cache plug-in, but that was not it. I agree that this is something with WP. I would like to escalate this as a bug because in 3.5 years using WP, I have never seen this before.

More instructions aside from simply removing files from the plugin directory should be forthcoming. This does not work in all cases, and has not worked in mine. W3 must be affecting aras outside of he plugin directory as I have renamed the entire directory as recommended in the link listed above, and created a new plug-in directory and I still have no admin panel.

I am having the same problem with my administration screen after installing and then uninstalling w3. However this file advanced-cache.php was deleted as a consequence of attempting to delete the plug-in from within WordPress after I got the message about the fatal error. Therefore, there don’t appear to be any w3 hooks in my wp-content/plugins directory.

What is the best way to procede Frederick?

Also, if WP continues to list a non 3.0 compliant plug in as a the “hot” plug in you are going to continue to get people installing your plug in and dropping their admin panel. I would contact WP on this topic. I installed this plug int because it was listed in my admin panel.
