@cbrendlinger could we ask you kindly to update to the 4.0.1, the very latest version. Let us know if this fixes the issue. The problem is hidden in the migration of the database and seems some users with their specific hosting configurations face the mentioned errors of Slider. We keep an eye on every single issue and trying to help ASAP

@thedavis , @webgardengeek we are really sorry about that. We obviously cared about older data and that is why a migration was made in 4.0.0 version. But apparently some users with different servers had issues with migration during the update. We have fixed most of them in 4.0.1, give a try on a test website a.d let us know if that worked . This is not a script, but our testing website. We make tests of the mentioned environment, shall it be a plugin that brings conflict with client’s theme or something else. WE use it for support channel. We are in the talks with developers and trying to sort this issue and we will be back to you in minutes. And let us assure you for 100% that there are no scripts or malware in our emails. As you can see we sent you only texts written in the gmail. Yet for your safety and a guarantee of security we have contacted the mailing hosts to check the servers , just in case.
