Hi,
There is nothing wrong with the field mapping of your Google Shopping feed. This should add your (WooCommerce) product ID’s to your feed just fine. Can you share your product feed URL (for Google Shopping) with us so we can verify this?
“Thank you very much but it is not possible to change the format because the organic Google links will be lost.” –> You can disable the Google Analytics feature in the feed configuration so no Google Analytics parameters will be added to your URL’s. That will also solve the issue at hand.
“Hello, I have found another error and that is that the plugin sends the products with taxes even though in my store I publish the values ??without taxes.” –> You should be able to solve that by changing the field mapping for Google’s g:price to “Price excl. VAT”, like this screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/kkeaujqg47qmwsu665hmo/Screenshot-2024-03-25-at-19.19.16.png?rlkey=ayenrhd9ctrxris0s70rrmekr&dl=0
Hope this helps?
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Enabling the Facebook pixel will have no effect on your Google feeds whatsoever. Did you perhaps make a change in the field mapping of your feed configuration changing the attribute mapping for your product ID?
Hi Rosa,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. This, most likely, has to do with your WordPress permalinks settings. I suspect you have it on “plain” whereas most users chose for a SEO-friendly clean URL. Which could be a setting like this: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/d18kuj3vknzsxndizbynt/Screenshot-2024-03-25-at-15.57.01.png?rlkey=xc7ix03t9my9hyfv5964wv6u7&dl=0
Would it be an option for you to change this permalinks setting?
Hi,
The error log indicates there is something wrong with the delimiter you have chosen for your CSV feed. Did you make sure to select one from the drop-down and is it still selected when you check your feed configuration?
Can you share the product feed URL with us too so we can have a closer look?
Hi,
Thanks for sharing however this fatal error is not related to our plugin.
Can you share the following: the plugin debug.log?URL so we can have a look if it regularly updates? This is how you can retrieve the debug.log?URL:?https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/ and the normal product feed URL?
Perfectly, thanks for the heads-up
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin for creating a product feed for Idealo. In order to have a closer look can you please share the following with us:
- Your product feed URL
- The plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Also, are you using any 3th party shipping costs plugin? If so, which one?
Thanks for this. Did you also check the logs we requested?
Hi Laurent,
The last release of our plugin is not related (it was only to test compatibility with the latest release of WooCommerce).
I would still opt for creating a feed in XML format and possibly add the shipping costs to your merchant center directly instead of trying to add them to your XML feed.
Hi,
The issue has been marked as resolved by you so I figure you no longer need our support?
Hi Carlos,
You mention adding a photo, I think you forgot to add it to your reply?
Anyhow, did you check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days? What kind of errors are showing in those logs? This is where you can find them: https://woo.com/nl/document/finding-php-error-logs/
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. There seems to be nothing wrong with how you configured your rules. I however suspect that the changes are not making it to your feed as you have enabled this plugin feature: https://adtribes.io/update-product-feed-products-changed-new-ones-added/
Can you make sure to disable this checkbox and than manually refresh your feed?
Hope this makes a difference.
Hi Laurent,
I see, you are correct indeed. Can’t the issue be caused by the fact that some of the values you added to the feed also have a pipe (|) in them? Which is the same as the delimiter you have chosen and thus the data gets split in unexpected places?
