Hi Cedric,
It does indeed seem like your feed updating is not working correctly.
- Are you sure your host is not using something like (Redis) object caching? The issue you describe does sound like a typical caching issue.
- Did you perhaps disable your WP-cron causing the feeds not to update?
- Can you check the WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days to see if there is something in there that might explain why your feeds are not properly updating. This is where you can find those logs: https://woo.com/nl/document/finding-php-error-logs/
Closing this topic.
Are you perhaps using some sort of 3th party pricing/sale/discount plugin or a currency switcher that could be doing things with prices?
You are welcome, glad we could help. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our support.
That is correct, Google doesn’t have a SKU field.
Hi,
Thanks for your quick reply. I had a look at your debug.log and it seems like your feed itself is updating fine. Can you clear all caching of your caching plugin and browser, than reprocess your feed and when the feed is done processing have a look at your feed to see if the content of your feed is correct?
Hi,
Thank you for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Unfortunately, our plugin is agnostic to category trees; it cannot distinguish between main categories and lower subcategories.
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. In order to have a closer look can you please share the following with us:
- Your product feed URL
- The plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Also, are you perhaps using a caching plugin or object caching (such as Redis) that could be caching the old content of your feed?
Hi,
We opened your CSV feed and imported into Excel, see: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zbz69gi6mar7n28/csv-imported.xlsx?dl=0
When opening it it doesn’t seem there is an issue with too few delimiters, all the data seems to sit in the right columns?
Exactly because of these reasons we prefer uploading data into XML format. Can you give that a try?
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. You can map your WooCommerce SKU values by selecting this SKU field from the drop-downs on the field mapping section of our plugin: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/x7v6o9yd52dpd1ki96uif/Screenshot-2024-03-21-at-12.13.02.png?rlkey=p2us9bqkp6ccv8eotn6ki41p8&dl=0
Hope this helps?
Hi,
Thanks for this. I had a look at your CSV and it seems you have used a pipe (|) as seperator whereas Google is expecting a tab, see: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160588?hl=en
So please change the delimiter to a tab instead. That should hopefully solve the issue at hand.
Hi,
Unfortunately that is not possible.
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. It seems like you did not finish your remark/question?
How can we help you?
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Please select “static value” from the drop-down so the drop-down changes into an input field. You can than fill in your store code.
This blog post shows an example: https://adtribes.io/how-to-use-static-values-and-create-fake-content-for-your-product-feed/
Hope this helps?
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Can you share the product feed URL with us so we can have a look?
Is there a specific reason as to why you have chosen for a CSV file instead of XML which is less prone to issues such as the one you are experiencing?
