You will need to add assigned agent to ticket form in order to use it from create ticket api. Also, if your apis are being called from customer accounts, you also need to enable assigned agent field for customer in the ticket form.

Please update to the latest version, v3.1.6, and then do the upgrade process until it is gone. This is happening because of duplicate entrees produced by the last version.

This issue happened after last update v3.1.5. We are actively working on this issue and will release new version for this.
Meanwhile, we have applied hotfix for v3.1.5 too, and it is safe to update now.

You will be presented with database upgrade notice in the Dashboard of your website. Please follow that and it will start working again.
We have made few improvements in the attachment area and for that it requires existing data to be upgraded.

Unfortunately, our framework has been completely changed, and we had to do this.
We understand the concerns you are having, but please stick to the previous version if you are not ready to update to latest version yet.As we have only a few hooks and filters, adjusting your code should take less than an hour.
