Ok I found a workaround to translate ORDER and PRODUCT field names in ticket creation.
Go to Admin panel and “Custom Fields”
select the concerned fields and translate it directly here.
It’s ok while you need only 1 language.* I talk about the “search filters” where you can select ID, Status, Name etc ..
I add this note about Unresolved status.
In fact a ticket is Opened or Closed
So I replaced unresolved by OpenedA ticket can be closed and unresolved
But in user interface the most important is to know which tickets are still opened, and which ones are closed.I think for a better understanding of filters use the word OPEN is more sharp than Unresolved.

Go to “Tickets list > more settings”
and select “unresolved status” and check concerned options.“Unresolved ticket” resolved ^^

Now they’re turning a deaf ear, easier, but trust me it will not be comfortable for a long time.They stole me 300$.

for your information I cancelled the automatic renewal maybe 2or 3 weeks before the limit. But they debited my account anyway.
So you cancel your renewal be sure you account cannot be debited.I dind’t find the way to delete these data in my account, so contact your bank and cancel your debit card also.
Currently I’m fighting for a refund (300$).
Clearly I’m looking for another solution, I wasted money and time.
They’re not reliable at all anymore.This Company is Canadian now, so I will contact Canadian authority for this kind of fraud. Already 1 month they told me they will refund.
Next step, if they want to play more, I will share all emails I have about them on Facebook, Twiter, wordpress and everywhere I can. And of course my profesionnal contacts on Internet, Web developpers, Agencies.
Never give up !
