I’m glad to hear that the redirect is working as expected. There might be a caching on your site that’s why it doesn’t redirect immediately.
If you don’t have a Cart Condition enabled, the URL Coupon should apply the coupon to the cart even when it is redirected to your homepage while the cart is empty. Then adding a product to the cart should enable the user to view the applied coupon in the cart page.
I’m afraid that adding a Cart Condition setting won’t allow the URL Coupon to apply the coupon unless the condition is met first. For something like this, we recommend using our One-Click Apply Notification feature or Auto-Apply feature from our Advanced Coupons for WooCommerce Premium.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble there.

Please make sure that the cloned coupons have the correct product in the Cart Conditions setting.
It seems that you are a premium customer. Could you please send a ticket using our support form so we can check on your issue further? We’d like to get a temporary admin credential so we can try to copy your exact settings and try to replicate the issue.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble there.
The invalid post type might be related to your existing plugins or if you have a custom post type that is in conflict with WooCommerce’s coupons.
I would suggest doing basic debugging, by disabling your other plugins except for WooCommerce and Advanced Coupons for WooCommerce plugin and switching your theme to WordPress’ standard Twenty Twenty theme.
This will help us check if there’s a conflict between another plugin or theme.?
If the issue still persists even after basic debugging, please let me know so I can assist you further!
