I noticed that you’ve already marked this as resolved.

In case you’re still experiencing an issue, I would suggest doing basic debugging, by disabling your other plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Wholesale Prices and switching your theme to WordPress’ standard Twenty Twenty theme.

This will help us check if there’s a conflict between another plugin or theme.?

I’m afraid that our free version of our plugin doesn’t support the tax shortcode {price_excluding_tax} to wholesale prices.

But I’m happy to inform you that our WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium has a Tax feature that enables the shortcode you’re using and you can even set the wholesale price tax display (including/excluding tax) on the shop and cart/checkout page.

Thanks for your response.

For this requirement, we recommend using either the One-Click Apply Notification or Auto Apply Coupon instead of URL Coupon.

Then you need to add the Cart Conditions to restrict the coupon to specific products/categories and apply the discount on the General settings.

So when a customer has chosen the eligible products and added them to cart, One-Click Apply Notification or Auto-Apply Coupon will be triggered to allow them to use the coupon and get the discount.

The best way to do so is by using our Add Products (premium feature) and URL Coupons.

Our Add Products feature can automatically add your selected products with a specific quantity and the discount you want to apply.

This works well with URL Coupons so when the link is clicked, the selected products with the discount from Add Products will be added to the customer’s cart.

If you plan on using URL Coupon feature, I’m afraid that restricting the coupon to a specific product won’t trigger the coupon unless the restricted product is already added in the cart when the URL is clicked.

The behavior of the URL Coupon is that the system will check first the coupon requirements/conditions before applying the coupon so if there’s a restriction and the cart is empty, it won’t allow the coupon to be applied.

If you could share the deal you want to create, I’d be happy to give you some suggestions.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some issues there.

It’s possible that this styling issue could be related to your theme. Could you try switching the theme to a standard WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty?

You can also do basic debugging such as disabling your other plugins to check if there is a conflicting plugin.

Please make sure to have a backup of your site before you proceed!
