Hi Laura,
Thanks for getting in touch!
There should be a wholesale price field on your Wholesale Prices section. I would suggest doing a basic debug to check which plugin or theme would possibly cause this issue. Also, please keep in mind of having a backup of your site first, before doing the basic debug.
To do a basic debug, please switch to Twenty-Seventeen WordPress theme and deactivate plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Wholesale Prices. If the wholesale price field appears on your products, then it is likely that another plugin/theme is causing the issue. Continue to activate each plugin to check which plugin produces the issue. Afterwards, please contact the author of that plugin for further assistance.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me again.
Hi @elvispocomo,
Thanks for getting in touch!
The shop page should also display the wholesale prices on desktop screens, just like in our demo site here: https://demo.wholesalesuiteplugin.com/
I’m afraid that it could be a theme related issue that’s why the wholesale price isn’t showing. To verify, please do a basic debug by switching the theme to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen. Then check again if the wholesale prices are now showing. If so, then it is probably because the theme uses some custom code that removes the wholesale prices. I would suggest contacting the author/designer of your theme to address this issue and update your theme.
I hope this helps. Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with.
Hi @chelles4,
Thanks for contacting us!
For that, we have the WooCommerce Wholesale Lead Capture plugin that handles the registration and login for your wholesale customers. Additionally, it has features where you can also customize the registration form, customize email templates and choose manual or automated approvals.
For more information about the plugin, please visit this page: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/product/woocommerce-wholesale-lead-capture/
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me again.
Hi @swarbsfabl,
Thanks for getting in touch.
You are having this issue because both the free WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin and the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium plugin need to be updated to the latest versions.
To fix this, please check our knowledge base article regarding the update issue: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/kb/issue-updating-plugin-doesnt-meet-minimum-requirements-error/
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me again.
Hi @mrkal,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Currently, WooCommerce price filter widget will only apply to regular prices and it won’t filter wholesale prices. We have it on our list but we still have no ETA, yet.
Please check the article below for additional reference if you want to try it out: https://www.reddit.com/r/woocommerce/comments/6lzw4o/enabling_price_filter_for_your_price_altering/

Hi Gio89,
Thanks for contacting us!
The easiest way to translate the “wholesale price” is by using Loco Translate plugin. With this plugin, you can translate any plugins and themes straight from the backend. This page will guide you on how to use Loco Translate plugin: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/beginners
Another option would be using Poedit to create the translation files. This page should give you more idea about it: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-translate-a-wordpress-plugin/.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask again!
