About the reporting:
Yes, I have the ‘Enable Conversation Logging’ option activated but there are no rows in the database and no data saved.

I forgot to mention that I am using the default WordPress theme and disabled all other plugins. This is a fresh installation of WordPress with only the kognetiks plugin.

Wow that’s great! I understand that it is not included in the current version because if I give that instruction to my assistant and it offers me Python code.
It would be great if that pdf (or any answer) could be sent by mail using the mail() function.Would this be possible?

I don′t have cache plugins in my installation, no cache in my server…
In each test I clear cache, open a new incognito window, etc.

Hi again, when I click the button “Download Conversation Data”, I get the following message:
“Chatbot: No data in the file. Please enable conversation and interaction logging if currently off.”
But “Conversation and interaction logging” is on in my settings.

Using the shortcode [chatbot_chatgpt_history], I get : “No conversations found.”

When I click the button “Download Token Usage Data” I get the same message: Chatbot: No data in the file. Please enable conversation and interaction logging if currently off.

The only button that downloads a file with data is the interactions button “Download Interaction Data”

Same issue: My Mailchimp account is set up, API key entered, and List created in Mailchimp. WordPress appears to be communicating with Mailchimp since the name of the List appears in the Mailchimp settings..

But when I try to subscribe I get the general error.

Hi, this issue depends entirely on your theme.
What theme are you using?
If you are using Boot Store theme and you display your last posts in home use ‘Blog sidebar’ widgetized area.
Anyway if you only want to display some widgets in home page then use Widget logic plugin or similar.

It is because weaver page include featured image.

You have 2 easy ways:

1- Hide weaver featured image in TheCartPress single product page:
.single-tcp_product span.featured-image {
display:none;
}
(you can paste it in TCP appaerance > Custom styles)

Or..
2- Duplicate page.php and call it as thecartpress.php, then open thecartpress.php and search and delete a span wiht the featured-image class.

You need to install TheCartPress eCommerce plugin, then you will see your products and product categories when creating WP menus.
