Regarding the theme’s sidebar, you need to remove/disable it from the theme settings (if theme offers an option to disable it) or else you have to remove the sidebar related code by editing the theme file.

We have a dedicated option to noindex pagination page, please open Rank Math >> Titles & Meta >> Misc Pages, in this tab you will see this option Noindex Paginated Pages.

Sorry for the issue you are facing.

For the authors redirecting to the homepage, you must’ve enabled the following option:

https://i.mythemeshop.com/lQHPMg

For the other problem, as you mentioned that the issue still persists even after uninstalling the plugin, then the issue is not with the Rank Math plugin.

Did you try using the default WordPress theme and see if the issue persists and also making sure no plugin is activated?

Finally, why did you chose not to open a support ticket and leave a review instead?

Please try flushing the permalink cache by navigating to WP Dashboard >> Settings >> Permalinks and click the save button.

And then clear the site cache, if you are using any cache plugin or CloudFlare.

Are you using the latest WordPress version? It is a known issue in WordPress v4.9 but if you are using 5.0+ then it should work fine.
