you can add it via custom link options inside Appearance -> Menus -> Custom Links tab.

You need to simply add the link and display text.

Alternatively, footer info can be hidden via css.

.site-footer .site-info {
display :none;
}

Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

simply copy the CSS code and Click on Publish button to display changes.

Dashboard-> Appearance ->Customize -> Additional CSS option.

Paste the following code

}

Click on pubish button to display chages.
