I was able to obtain all the files from Go Daddy but now I get the Error
Error: PHP is not running

WordPress requires that your web server is running PHP. Your server does not have PHP installed, or PHP is turned off.

I have talked with my new server tech people and they insure me that their servers are capable of running PHP and they are set up.

I am confused how do I get access to the wordpress account to be able to back it up? My log in no longer works Go Daddy tells me I can only get access to it to back up through this support blog. Has the account been deleted? Can I move it to the new host for my domain.

How do I reactivate things to I can pull this SQL files? WordPress is at no cost correct? How can I reactivate things and possibly move them over to the new Hosting? I really need the files I do not want to completely have to redesign all the pages.

No I do not have a database backup of the website but I do hav a copy of the ffiles from Go Daddy the original host.
