Hello, yes, I have been going back and forth and FINALLY got the form submission going to the email. It took having the owner unblocking port 587 on his device and I had to use his outlook alias email. Thank you for the time you took responding!

Hello again…unfortunately using Branda did not change anything.

I am still waiting for Microsoft to look further into this since it seems to be an issue with the specific email address that is the recipient. I will keep you posted.

Hello @olbro and thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I already had the from email set to a different email than the recipient email (after googling and finding this might be a solution.

@wpmudevsupport12 I will try the Branda plugin later today and see if that solves my problem.

?I cannot activate the plugin at this very moment because we just sent out an email blast that will link users to an ID on a page which will have the issue I described. ?

If We are able to get the paid version for free that should solve the issue, I will look into that right now. If I continue to have the same link issue even with the paid version, I will let you know. Thank you so much!

I do not have the plugin active on the website because we cannot have these issues occurring. I can activate temporarily when needed to view the issue.

I apologize! I had thought I had email notifications set to see when replies came in, but did not. I had to remove the plugin as we were sending direct links via email marketing and could not have the issue during this time.
Next week I will be able to try the gtranslate suggested above and will let you know. Again, we have more emails going out that include these direct links and I cannot reactivate the plugin when it has been causing issues with these links.

I am having the same issue. Form made, but unable to make an edit to it…just continues to load and never opens when trying to make edits.
