I am having the same issue. I deactivated all of my plugins to rule out a conflict, but it did not resolve the issue.

On another site using the same theme, which I haven’t touched today, there is no issue.

I also tested – it’s not a theme specific issue; I have the issue when I switched to the sample theme.

Were you able to resolve your issue? I am able to see the text when I enter my email address.

As an FYI, this is likely a CSS issue with the theme, rather than the plugin. If you are still having issues, let me know – happy to take a look.

You need to make sure that you are selecting the ID for the tag (NOT the name of the tag). Which tag ID are you attempting to exclude?

When you set up the widget in your sidebar (or other location), remove any text from the First Name Input Text: and Last Name Input Text: fields. They will then NOT populate on the front end.
