please install BuddyPress before activating the plugin.

On next version this error will be prevented by a warning, but this plugin depends on BuddyPress and requires it’s activation.

Hmm, looks like there’s a previous declaration of MailChimp API. Obviously this is a bug (filled), as temporary solution, could you deactivate any MailChimp plugins you got already active?

It doesn’t cover all you listed, but it has support for pages/posts only, and post types. A new update should come soon with support for multiple post types and maybe something more.

What is the BuddyPress version you have?
I tested it with 1.2.3/1.2.8/1.3 bleeding and everything works.

Just change the default MC list and push sync again.

Did you check the video, first you have to define the custom fields you created for the MailChimp list you want to sync with.
