When I say the name is showing up twice — I mean in the tool bar of the browser — where it shows you the name of the page. It has SusieJ twice. (I’m working on the header image, and can fix that part.)
I tried to ping with kping, and I got an error saying “length”, and I’m wondering if the two names in the tool bar are related to the problems with kping.

Ok — so the good news is that the problem is in the Theme and not my wordpress files. Is that right? And picking a new theme that is much more validated will clear these up?

Or do I need to start looking at my wordpress files to see what’s wrong.

Yes, I reloaded the original apple theme, clean and the left sidebar still did not show up on the other browser. So, then I loaded blue-zinfandel, and it had errors too — even before I did anything to the template (according to the html validator) This has me worried — how could their be errors when I haven’t done anything to the templage — — is that even possible?

Is the problem with the theme and the way I’ve modified it?Or does the problem run deeper than that?

Should I just pick out a new theme and load it and use that? A 3 colulmmn theme?

Which one do you use? I just tried to change the link, and it won’t let me.

Actually — the dig button only shows up when I click on the story from digg — and it takes me to the page that it’s on. The digg button doesn’t show up on my Home Page — just the page the article is on.

Thanks for all of your help, badge seems to be working. Can I paste the “bookmark me on delicious” badge right after the “digg” badge on the page template?

Yes, I’ve put it in the main index template first, and it didn’t work. So I moved it to the page template, never one worked.

I added it to the index — but digg is not showing up. Is that because it doesn’t reveal itself in my browser, as I’m the admin?

Thanks. I checked the readme file again, and it seems to be wrong. But I copied your version, and pasted it in the sidebar. No errors, my page shows up, but no button?
