It didn’t work. For some reason, none of the snippets meant for the header seem to be working. Had tried one previously to fix the height as well. Is there any other way of getting this done? Some plugin or any other solution?

Does this automatically get the vendor’s mail form the order? Since there are multiple vendors, I need a solution which can send a mail to the vendor of each product order, not all the vendors :/

Yes, the problem exists for both images and videos. The link doesn’t appear at all. The icon (file icon which is supposed to be a clickable link) just acts as a png image and not a clickable link in the email. In the wordpress backend ordered section, it has the same link as that of the page. So, it just reloads.

I need a temporary fix to send my “admin new order mail” to the WC Marketplace “vendor”. Can anyone of you help me with it? How do I add respective vendors as bcc in the admin new order mail?

* I use WC Marketplace (WCMP), not WCMP multivendor.

The uploaded link file is also working in the edit orders section for the “admin” backend, but not for the vendor. So, there is no way for the vendor to access the file. It is not working in the mail or in the orders section of wordpress backend. Please look into it

Basically, I want to redirect all the urls linked to vendor page to the respective single product page. All vendors have one product each. So, a link to vendor page has to redirect to the only product that vendor has.

I have already created the endpoint and there’s a new tab in the menu section now, but in the content section, when I try to add a shortcode the way I add in a regular page, it doesn’t show up. Is there any additional code I need to add in the content section to show the shortcode?

I resolved the issue of the 404 page, but still need to find out how to add a shortcode to the custom menu.

Hey, so, I was trying to add a new custom menu in the vendor dashboard by using wcmp hooks given in this page – https://wc-marketplace.com/knowledgebase/wcmp-hooks-filters/#1 (The last section regarding custom menu)

I added the snippet in the child theme’s functions.php and it did create a custom menu in my dashboard. I wanted to add the shortcode in that section, but when I click on that menu it takes me to a 404 page. Could you please check the snippet and let me know if there’s anything else that I need to do?

1. It would be great if you could tell me how to hide the replies. I’m planning on purchasing the pro version. So, I want a method to hide the files shared by customers as well.

2. Is there any other way to access the files shared by the vendors? As an admin, I want to check if vendors are sending right files or not or in case any customer raises an issue.

That’s okay. I’m planning on allowing vendors to only use products which have been created by the admin already. My only concern is, where will they get to see the order details? Will it be visible in the vendor dashboard or do they have to come to backend for the same? Also, can they access the files upload using PPOM fields (PRO)?
