I am working on a redesign of a website with Divi. Both sites have Divi installed along with all the same plugins, but on one site it works https://www.pinkrooster.net/monthly-features/ and on the other one it doesn’t https://new.pinkrooster.net/monthly-features/.

It doesn’t make sense. I’ve cleared the cache multiple times, unplugged all plugins, installed the default WordPress theme, and changed the permalinks. Nothing makes it work.

So, I don’t think this is a Divi issue.

Thank you for your help. I was doing something stupid. I was trying to enter letters into the credit card field (duh!).

Actually, I disabled all plugins (except Woocommerce and Woocommerce Square) and installed the Twentyseventeen theme and I still have the problem.

I have submitted a support ticket to WooCommerce, but haven’t heard back from them yet. I did find this information about the error. If you turn on your web tools on your browser and look at the console when you are on the checkout page you may see that you are getting X-Frame errors because Square is trying to present an iFrame on your page.

That is a lame support response, applaud someone for switching to a different payment processor? I’m sure Square would be glad to hear that. I’m having the same problem with approximately 6 websites. The problem appears to have occurred as a result of the last upgrade of the square plugin.

This is also affecting two more websites for a total of 6.

Yes, It takes me to the page, like it always has, but nothing happens. The dashboard still doesn’t connect.

Hi Tim, Thank you for your response. I have 110 websites under management, but I was not going to try to connect the remaining 40 when I couldn’t resolve the problem with the others that weren’t connecting. I do not have a premium account.

To be honest I have a WPMU account which I pay $199/yr for and had also connected Defender to all the websites. I had to disconnect Defender over the Thanksgiving holiday because it was doing something that was overwhelming the servers. So, I thought I would just connect the remaining websites to Wordfence. Unfortunately, the same process I followed before to connect was no longer working.

The cost to pay for premium version for all the websites is too much. But, I was under the impression that the free version would allow me to use the dashboard.

I used to have WooCommerce on my website then removed it. Evidently, some of the jobs remained in cron. The WP Crontrol plug-in worked great and allowed me to delete those extraneous jobs. I don’t know if it will solve the problem yet, but I suspect it will. I suggest anyone having this problem install this plugin.

The shortcode isn’t working for me either. The website is https://sterett.net and it should show under the Reunions portion on the page.

I just had a website with the same issue. I am doing some more investigating.
