Correct. It still didn’t show me the admin bar in troubleshooting mode wen switched to any theme (tried the other ones too) and all plugins disabled.
I am having the same issue on another website which had an admin bar before.
I upgraded to windows 64 bits from 32 and I believe it happened after that?

It looks very messy on Desktop as I made it a mobile landing page only, but results are still the same

Thanks for the suggestion. Doing the steps you suggested did not help.

I have tried that. Deactivated every plugin except for elementor, Switched themes, clear cache, looked on profile settings if admin Bar disabled.
Admin bar also disappeared on my other website which had it before.

Well, it is organized with the menu bar on top of the website and everything organized. I actually had accidentally changed the url two days ago and had to contact host support to solve the 404 issue as couldn’t even access my dashboard any more. Ever since they fixed it this issue has appeared. It did work and look good before.
