In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Woo suddenly dropped half the products stock to 0Thanks for opening the ticket with us internally, @naarian .
For anyone else experiencing this issue, there is a known bug in WooCommerce Square, when using the Purchase Order feature within Square itself.
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-square/issues/19
A current workaround is to create any purchase orders in WooCommerce instead of Square, using the manual creation of an order for each customer: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/view-edit-or-add-an-order/#manually-adding-an-order
Hey there @japenz,
There was a filter added to the WooCommerce core that allows for you to increase this limit. This is covered in further detail on the pull request on GitHub:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/45506?Please take a look at the example noted, and add that to your testing site via the functions.php file, or via a code snippet plugin.
Let us know if that works for you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sell MP4 filesHi @hannahm123. Thanks for the reply.
If we change this setting, will customers be able to share the URL?
Yes. If you use the Redirect Only method, anyone with the link can access the file, as per the WooCommerce.com
Redirect only (insecure) – Customers access downloads by being redirected directly to the file through the link provided. Using this method means whoever has the upload link will be able to access the file, even when they are not logged in. The risk is customers who purchase the product can share the link with others that have not.
https://woocommerce.com/document/digital-downloadable-product-handling/#setup-and-configurationThere does look to be a workaround that you can try as well, which is noted in the GitHub page where this issue was originally identified:
In editor -> switch on text tab
https://github.com/mediaelement/mediaelement/issues/2390#issuecomment-1755069778
Add ?_=1 end of video url
Ex: … mp4=”https://video.mp4” … => … “mp4=”https://video.mp4?_=1” …
It resolved my problem ??Please let us know if this approach works for you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sell MP4 filesHi there @hannahm123,
The files upload to the wordpress media library successfully
By default, the allowed file types and extensions does include MP4 files, which explains why you are able to get the file loaded to the site.
I am wanting to start selling mp4 files on my woocommerce store, however when I upload the file I get the error message ‘media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found’. How can I fix this?
This may be due to your hosting permissions, and how you serve your digital files on WooCommerce.
Are you using the X-Accel-Redirect/X-Sendfile?or?Force Downloads method, or Redirect Only?
You can check on these via WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Download Products.
You may also need to check in with your hosting platform, to ensure that their servers allow for these actions to be taken, as per the WooCommerce documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/digital-downloadable-product-handling/#nginx-setting
Please let us know how it goes.
Hi there @wanyuh
Thanks for the reply.
Recently we are in process of changing payment service provider but I am afraid that the new one also uses the redirected casher. How can I avoid no-tracking problem in this case?
Tracking purchase events happens on the “Order Received” page when customers land on it. Therefore, any modifications to this page may potentially cause issues. For example:
- Redirecting to a custom thank-you page.
- Implementing changes to the?
woocommerce_thankyou
hook. - Having your theme override the page’s behavior.
- If you’re using a payment gateway that employs the redirect method but doesn’t return to the “Order Received” page.
That last point is likely where the tracking is getting lost. Are your customers redirected to the Order Received page once they have completed their payment?
It may also be that you need to set up GA4 with some additional details. Here is the documentation links for setting up a conversion exploration:
- Setting up a conversion: ???[GA4] How to set up a conversion in Google Analytics 4
Please do let us know if the above help in getting the orders syncing.
Hi?@subscriptiongroup?and?@lkraav,
The developers have let us know that Version 3.14 has an updated version of the required framework, and the deprecation errors should no longer be thrown.
Let us know if the update works for you.
Hi @subscriptiongroup and @lkraav
As a note, we have got an open issue with the developers, where this is being looked into. As @fetenlakhal mentioned though, we don’t have an ETA of when the framework will be updated to hide these depreciation messages from being displayed.
I recommend keeping an eye on the changelog for when an update will be made, particularly in the upgrade of the SkyVerge framework specifically.
As before, we value your feedback, and do note that not all customers have logging active, so may never be aware of the depreciation notice itself.
When we have an update to share, we’ll share it accordingly.

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] How to claim my $125 Ads Credit?Hi again @ckaiser3
Pinterest occasionally runs marketing offers that you can apply to your advertiser account. If you’re eligible for a credit (a promotional amount that is added to your account to spend on ads) or you applied for a coupon (a discount toward billing), you can see this offer in your account.
As far as we are aware, this promotion is still active.
Be mindful that credits and coupons are not automatically applied to your account. You need to redeem a credit or a coupon to activate them. Additionally, all credits and coupons have an expiration date, after which the offer will no longer apply.
Before you claim a credit or coupon, make sure that:
- You’re using the account that you’ll be running campaigns in. Credits and coupons are not transferable between accounts.
- You’ve successfully paid a bill. Before a credit or coupon can be applied to your account, you need to have a bill that’s been paid and processed. It can take up to two billing cycles before you see the credit in your account.

If you are still having issues with seeing the coupon for the credit, please reach out to us via your Woo.com profile, or send an email to [email protected], including your System Status Report in the email, and a link to this thread.

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] How to claim my $125 Ads Credit?Hi there @ckaiser3
The $125 Pinterest Ads credit is a special offer available to new advertisers on Pinterest, and the team at Pinterest themselves should be able to assist with the $125 credit for $15 spend offer, which they are making.
Here’s the link to the Pinterest Ads Help Center:?Pinterest Ads Help Center
Please let us know if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help.Hi all. Thanks for sharing the insights, and for possible (temporary) solutions.
@zimbo000, the MailPoet developers are definitely aware that there is an issue at play, although it doesn’t affect all customers, so needs to we worked through systematically to find the root cause.
With that said, there is a fix that is being tested, which will hopefully be released soon as a fix to the issue that many of you have been experiencing.
For now, we suggest rolling back to 4.41.3 of the core MailPoet plugin, and and version 4.41.0 of Premium.
Hi there @zimbo000,
Thanks for checking in again. I can see that we have got a ticket open via [email protected], and will be assisting there as much as possible.
Additionally, the other thread where this is being discussed (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/the-entitymanager-is-closed/page/3/), does have some working solutions for other customers, where rolling back both the core and Premium MailPoet plugins has worked.
Can you confirm that you have attempted sending again after rolling back to 4.41.3 of the core MailPoet plugin, and and version 4.41.0 of Premium?
Hi there @julie2009 and @sterndata,
@steven, thanks for cleaning up the wayward post and keeping things secure!Julie, I can see that there is a current MailPoet query open on the Woo.com side of things. Please can you check your mail accordingly and follow any steps from there. If you are not seeing any emails from us, please connect with us via [email protected] or [email protected].
In that email, can you please send us the following information:
- A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
- Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
Kind regards,
SvenThanks for sharing your domain with us, @ag87.
The domain does look to be verified with the
_dmarc.allgives.com
record. You may look to update the value of the record to include a
rua
andruf
value:v=DMARC1; p=none; fo=1; rua=mailto:enter your email address; ruf=mailto:enter your email address
Be sure to enter your email addresses after “mailto:”. These addresses are where the reports are sent.
The value
fo=1
allows to to receive a report if either SPF?or?DKIM fail. Please consider updating tyour
_dmarc
value accordingly, and let us know if you receive any reports for either the failing SPF or DKIM, when implemented. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and steps to getting your sender domain verified, @trbhicks. I can see that the verification was indeed successful! Happy sending with MailPoet.
@ag87, are you able to share with us your domain name that you are using for your emails, so that we can help you review the DNS records and help you further?
Hi there @sloanish,
Our developers are currently working on adding a feature to optionally also remove database tables / data when uninstalling MailPoet, however there’s no current ETA on when that will be complete and released in the plugin.?
By default, all of your data is preserved when removing the plugin, since automatically deleting the data would definitely result in unwanted data loss for lots of users if temporarily uninstalling the extension.
For now, the best available option would be to manually delete all database tables that begin with *_mailpoet.
As always, when making changes like this, please make sure you have a complete backup of the site and database, just in case.
