I spoke with my web hosting provider, they helped trouble shoot. They said that the plugin isn’t compatible with the PHP version 8.0.29, so they down graded that to 7.4 and then everything is working fine. Here is a screen shot for the error log. Hopefully there will be a fix in the future for this, but I guess I will just run PHP version 7.4 until then.

I’m having a similar issue in that the comment text area is bleeding into the main content area on my website.
