I really need to get this sorted urgently – I emailed you already but no response yet. Could you respond asap please? I just want to do the same as the menu showing on this page (the ‘report this topic’ drop down menu).

I’m just having issues creating a drop down menu? I’ve bought your pro version…the child categories show on opening and there is no parent name. I’d like to click on the parent name to view the drop down menu – pretty basic really.

I can’t see a way to make the ‘order by’ option horizontal?

I need two drop down items next to each other (order by – product category) followed by a filter button, all on the same line (with typography options to change size/spacing etc)

Yes I have done that but the video still shows the black borders.

That’s because my theme editors fixed the errors for me as I mentioned.

I have replied to every email and if you look you will see the plugin is active.

Why has this been marked as resolved? I didn’t receive any help to get the layout right – in fact my own theme writers had to sort it for me. I’m still waiting for a reply about the letterbox format – the video needs to be full screen?

I’m not using any cache plugins.

I have not given him access to the back end of the site so there is nothing to delete. I am still waiting for a solution.
