Helping someone with CSS issues is not only impossible but will likely never lead to a response here unless we can see the site’s output (in a browser with dev. tools). Can you please share, if possible, the site URL with us?

Using staging sites, temp sites, if ever needed for collaboration with the community is best.

Your PHP version is provided by your web host:

Hosting Provider: HostPapa

You will need to contact them/work with them in order to update PHP to a secure version.

That said, since this PHP version has been outdated (insecure) for a long time, I would suggest a better web host that has your interests in mind (I know of no good web hosts not providing a secure version of PHP).

I also encourage you to make sure, on an very ongoing basis, that the site is always up to date and secure.

Based on the output HTML and CSS, please review that it appears to be a hero header carousel – look for a plugin (there are very many) that creates these (sliders, carousels). Once you do, you should be able to turn it off or delete it.

Have you consulted your host?

I didn’t realize you couldn’t add 2 different services to 1 domain.

You can add as many as you want – please review how to set up MX (Mail Records). And BTW, you should be thinking email providers (not servicers).

MS Word is not WordPress. That said, if you want to have a page generally not compatible with all common browsers, please continue to think that a MS Word Doc can simply be made into a web page.

I have advise, but prefer to give it to those who prefer to make at least a minor study of the subject.

I have added it in place of what was in use for so long and it works properly without issue.

For me this issue is resolved, but am sure others will be just as unsettled by a WordPress core update causing this issue with a basic WP theme’s child theme.

Oh, and no it’s not a plugins conflict, the issue noted occurs when there are no plugins active.

I strongly encourage you to take a better look at this and stop the lack of support for classic child themes.

Then you have the ability to contact them to understand better those logs. I encourage you to take the time to do so.
