The first thing I did when I observed the issue was to check the site and wordpress address – they are both correct, I will let you know what happens the next time after ‘save changes’.

It seems like I can activate only one of “PollDaddy” or “PollDaddy Polls” plugins, not both at the same time – which is the installation howto, as far as I remember.

I’m facing the same problem with WP 2.9.2 and PollDaddy 1.8.2 ??

@gamerz The proof is that the referrers are the same and the top hits page is not the same which doesn’t make any sense.

Strange. I just renamed everything in the comment form and wp-comments-post.php from ’email’ to ’email2′ and it’s working again!

I’m not sure why I’m still getting the 412 error. Maybe it has got something to do with mod_security or something…

Upgrading to the latest version solved the problem.
