yeah i need help as well for changing the .htaccess to cmode 666. Unfortunatly I cant find it anywere in teh wordpress directory. Also when i change other files to 666 its doenst apply. what do i do?

what does that mean? I get that after editing css and it doesnt make any changes to my design.
