You can add your 200+ products to a single category and can use our category-wise assigning method.
This can be done from the Product Addon edit page itself. You just need to assign the form to the desired product category from the Form settings >> Product Categories. It will assign the form for every product in the selected category

1. Yes, you can use either our free or premium version to set up a questionnaire/survey.
2. In our premium version, you can create multiple sections and change the layout to an accordion view, which will help with large forms being displayed together
3. You can enable the “make field required” option, which will help in forcing the clients to choose the option before adding the item to the cart

Hi,
As you mentioned, these tax features are only available in the pro version of the plugin. And using the pro will fix your issue.Unfortunately we cannot include the pro features into the free version of the plugin.In the pro version, we do have different features to assign the tax, attaching the screenshot below for your reference.

Hi,
Yes, it is possible to send invoices manually through the method that you have enquired.

By using the option highlighted on the screenshot, the customer will get the invoice email and also the invoice pdf attached with the received email.
