1.Are you using Subscribe2 plugin? if so try to disable it .(we heard from using there is a conflict)
2.Are you using any ajax based plugins? try to disable and please let us know which one is causing this issue.Also, if you can send us this info:
1. WordPress version
2. SweetCaptcha version
3. Contact form version
4. Theme name
