I am having the same problem with the menu appearing above the header image on the website birminghambibleinstitute.org and I already had the “Check this box to show the nav bar at top” box unchecked. What else might cause this? I really want the header image to be above the navigation bar.

I am having the same issue with inability to authenticate or even manually enter the UA (but I WANT the dashboard). My browser is IE 11 and I am running a brand-new install of WordPress. Not sure about the PHP version.

darryl505, I was so sure I had done it correctly, because I basically did what the video showed except for adding a comment about what the code was for. It DID work this time, so thank for encouraging me to try again. Maybe I will have to learn some php.

I also followed your example by emailing the original php file to myself, so I will be able to put it back when the plugin gets fixed.

That code did not work with my theme (Nova Lite). I hope the plugin author will fix this soon, or I will have to find another plugin. I really like this one, though.
